Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. As a global technology company, Microsoft builds products and services across cloud computing, AI, productivity and collaboration tools (like Microsoft 365 and Teams), Windows, Surface devices, Xbox gaming, and more. The company focuses on expanding opportunity, earning trust through secure and responsible technology, protecting fundamental rights, and advancing sustainability worldwide.
My role at Microsoft involves working on Phone Link, a product bundled with Windows that connects your phone (iOS or Android) to your PC, allowing you to access your phone’s notifications, messages, photos, and apps directly from your computer. I develop features across the Phone Link Windows (XAML/C#), Android (Kotlin), and iOS applications, ensuring the platform components that connect Phone Link clients with backend services for seamless cross-device experiences. I collaborate across client, platform, and service teams to validate features through Azure DevOps CI/CD. I’m currently in this role.

Philips Hue is a line of color-changing LED lamps and white bulbs which can be controlled wirelessly. The Philips Hue line of bulbs was the first smart bulb of its kind on the market and has since gained compatibility with other smart home systems such as Amazon Alexa, Google Home, and Samsung SmartThings. The lamps are currently created and manufactured by Signify.
This role saw me engineer full-stack mobile features using Flutter, AWS Lambda, and S3 for Hue Sports Live, delivering real-time game updates and dynamic lighting effects for the FIFA World Cup 2026. I’ve analyzed, implemented, and shipped scalable backend services in Go running on AWS Lambda via API Gateway for our 1,000,000+ daily active users, complete with full Datadog monitoring and alerting. I also designed the architecture for a new category of devices and endpoints in the Philips Hue ecosystem to be integrated with Amazon Alexa, Google Home, and Samsung SmartThings. I learned to work across the full stack at a large scale, professional coding environment where I learned a lot of what good software engineering practices look like, as well as how to leverage AI tools to improve my productivity.

We are a key partner to some of the largest and highest growth organizations in the world. From energizing the most competitive gaming platforms, to enabling systems to make cities safer and cars smarter and more connected, to powering the data centers behind many of the world’s biggest companies and public cloud, Western Digital is fueling a brighter, smarter future.
This role helped me grow into using real DevOps technologies that have altered the course of my career forever. I created a hardware reservation system with Django and Jenkins LockableResources to facilitate the sharing of hardware by multiple difference teams across different locations. Complete with Ansible pipelines to configure said resources, Prometheus + Grafana containerized stacks to monitor resource usage, and full compatibility with existing Jenkins regression pipelines, I learned a lot about on-prem resources and how to navigate maintaining fully operational infrastructure and all of its quirks.

ACM is one of the largest student organizations at SCU. We strongly encourage and welcome students of all backgrounds, majors, and skill levels to join us and share our love for technology! At SCU’s ACM, we present informative workshops, bring guest speakers, and host fun weekly meetings, as well as hackathons.
My involvement in ACM includes being Underclass Rep for my first year at SCU. My job was to help out wherever possible, but mostly to be an attentive member and bring a new perspective to our board. Feedback is something we highly value at ACM and having underclassmen to represent our members is a great way to realize this. I then transitioned to Workshop Coordinator for my second year. I planned our weekly Tuesday meetings to teach our members technologies not normally taught in class. I learned a lot through this process as I taught topics such as Python, React, and even hosting a full stack web app! In my third year, I was Vice President, where I supported the rest of the board and became a mentor figure for all of our members. This year, I am honored to be the President of ACM, which allows me to continue to represent the vision and direction of this wonderful club. I will continue to teach workshops, but I will now take center stage in communication with higher ups, our sponsoring companies, and overseeing aspects of ACM!

CMG Financial’s lending philosophy focuses on making sure borrowers get not just a mortgage, but that they get the right solution to fit their broader financial goals. Privately held by Christopher M. George, they maintain the original culture and business model of low overhead, competitive pricing, and extraordinary service.
I worked as a DevOps Engineering Intern for CMG with some IT Support work on the side. I started with handling intake and outtake of laptops and other devices, creating a streamlined and documented process for when someone else needs to take over the job. I also created an update script using Visual Basic to automate the updating of laptops, ensuring they are logged correctly in our various tracking systems. I began coding with the DevOps team shortly after, where I started by creating a work intake form to handle new feature requests. I followed up on these by creating a full web portal, complete with dynamic features and smooth styling and navigation. This Angular frontend and Flask backend interacted with several different APIs, including Microsoft Azure, O365 mail servers, and login logic using MSAL and OAuth. I did so well at this internship that they rehired me for the school year in September! During that time, I deployed all of this using Azure and was automated using robust pipelining features. I also started to do more work for other dev teams like setting up Dockerfiles, creating pipelines with Terraform, and handling the everyday tasks of being on a DevOps team. I both learned new skills and enhanced old ones working at CMG!

Founded at the University of Minnesota in 1904, Theta Tau is the nation’s oldest and foremost Fraternity for Engineers. Over 30,000 have been initiated over the years. With emphasis on quality and a strong fraternal bond, the fraternity has chapters only at ABET accredited schools. Theta Tau carefully follows a program in the selection and development of its members that stresses the importance of high professional ethics and exemplary practices.
My contributions to Theta Tau started with my pledge class in my first year as Fundraising Chair. I was responsible for leading the effort to raise $5500 during our 7 week pledge process, which went to our active chapter. After that, I took on the role of Professional Development Chair, where I was responsible for helping my fellow brothers get jobs, tune their resumes, and using our alumni network to put on events to aid both personal and professional growth!

Position: File Clerk --> IT Support

At Khatami Law, our family lawyers in Roseville provide effective representation to individuals, couples, and families throughout the Sacramento region. We are well-versed in the areas of family law, personal injury, and civil litigation. Although there are plenty of firms out there, we believe that our commitment to your goals, courtroom experience, and determined representation set us apart.
My role at Khatami Law started as a File Clerk, ensuring that the physical and online files were in the right places, as well as helping out wherever I was needed. I slowly evolved my role into something more technical and transitioned into an IT Support role. I supported employees 100+ miles away and handled network problems, software and hardware issues, and more. I also started developing PDFScanScript for this role, which sought to minimize the time spent identifying and organizing documents.
